US Secret Service director admits 'failure' at congressional hearing over Trump shooting
Both Republican and Democratic lawmakers in the US Congress called on Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle to resign over the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, who was slightly wounded in the ear while speaking at a campaign rally. Cheatle said the incident was "the most significant operational failure of the Secret Service in decades".
