Three dead, millions without power as Storm Beryl makes landfall in Texas
At least three people died as Tropical Storm Beryl continued its destructive path into southeast Texas. Vicious winds and torrential rain knocked out power for 2.7 million homes and businesses, submerged highways, closing oil ports and cancelling over 1,000 flights.
