Hollywood star Gene Hackman died of natural causes a week after wife, medical examiner says
Award-winning actor Gene Hackman and his wife, classical pianist Betsy Arakawa, died of natural causes a week apart, a medical examiner said Friday. Investigators suggest that Hackman, who was in an advanced stage of Alzheimer's, may not have been aware of his wife's death a week earlier.
