Chile restores power to most homes after massive blackout
Millions in Chile, including in the capital Santiago, were left without power on Tuesday following a massive blackout possibly caused by an electrical system failure, the Interior Ministry said. Power was restored to most homes in the country early Wednesday, the power system's operator said in a statement.
